OFFICIAL RULES
First Prize - $15,000.00 in cash.
Second Prize - 42" Flat Screen TV valued at $1400.00.
Third Prize - 1 carat total weight diamond stud earrings valued at $1400.00.
Fourth Prize - $500.00 in cash.
Fifth Prize - $250.00 in cash
Prizes sixth through twenty are all $100.00 in cash.
Tickets are $100 each.
Must be 18 years old to purchase a ticket.
Prizes cannot be substituted.
A maximum of 1000 tickets will be sold. If 1000 tickets sales are not met, there will be only one top winner who will receive 25% of the net proceeds of the raffle.
The value of the prizes will be treated as ordinary income to the winner for federal and state income tax purposes; the winner may be required to pre pay a portion of the tax liability prior to receiving the prize.
No portion of the ticket price will qualify as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
Drawing will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2009 during the St. Anthony's Feast, at 54 Oakes St. Everett, MA 02149.
All profits to benefit St. Anthony School, Everett, MA 02149, for school improvements.
Tickets can be purchased in person at St. Anthony School 54 Oakes Street, Everett, MA 02149, or at our website http://www.saseverett.com. Tickets purchased online will be mailed within 2-5 business days via UPS or a similar carrier, for an additional $10.00. Tickets cannot be mailed via the US Postal system.
