A: One(1) Payment – Paid directly to the school by May 1st and receive a 5% discount B: Two (2) Payments – Paid directly to the school on May 1st and September 1st C:Four (4) Payments – Paid through FACTS and are due in May, August, November and February D: Ten (10)/Twelve (12) Payments – Through FACTS May to February/ May to April All families are required to sign a Tuition Payment Preference Contract.
1.Tuition for graduating students must be paid in full before March 1st in order for students to participate in graduation exercises. 2.If tuition is in arrears for 30 days, your child’s report card will be withheld.After 45 days, your child will not be allowed to attend school. 3.Any family who issues a tuition check that is returned for insufficient funds shall be charged $25.00 in addition to the amount of the check.After two (2) returned checks, personal checks will no longer be accepted.Payments will have to be made in cash or a money order. 4.ALL PAST AND PRESENT TUITION MUST BE UP-TO-DATE IN ORDER TO RE-REGISTER YOUR CHILD FOR A NEW SCHOOL YEAR. TUITION REFUND POLICY In order to plan the budget responsibly for our school, if a child withdraws before September 1st, only one (1) month’s tuition will be REFUNDED. After September 1st,no refunds will be given. REGISTRATION FEES Anon-refundable re-registration fee is required for each student in grades PreK – 8. Re-registration for current students: 1 child $100,2 children $150,3 children$200, 4 children$250 Registration fee for new students is $150 per child.
